In 2013 G&S completed a repair to my flat roof. I was informed that the supporting timbers were rotten and had to be replaced. Unfortunately the damp persisted despite the roof repair and after two years of correspondence with G&S to no avail I had to commission a second roofer. When the second roofer removed the flat roof I discovered that the original timbers had never been replaced.
