Our company was subcontracted by Brimstone Construction Limited since Oct 2015. The contracts given were on the paper ok as a price but Brimstone Constructions always :
- payment were late
- materials arrived very late and on numerous occasions we had to buy the materials with our money.
- most of the time to avoid payment they said that we do a bad workmanship despite the fact the owner of the building was happy with work done ( even now they own us over £3500 )
- speaking with other subcontractors they experience the same treatment like us
- Oliver and the team are nice guys but they do charge too much the clients and pay very little to the subcontractors.
Our advice to you is to be very careful when you start working with them. Prices might sound good but the delays in the materials will they provide + payment will cost you very dearly to your company pocket.
Remember they will always say bad workmanship to avoid cost.
