Highly recommended. I had a very desperate situation due to a heavily blocked manhole. Drains Ahead Ltd responded to my problem immediately. I was totally impressed by their courtesy, expertise and efficiency - from first point of contact right through to resolution.
Callum the engineer arrived promptly, and quickly identified and isolated the cause of the problem. He carefully explained the issues, then unblocked, cleaned and sanitised the area. Problem solved!! I was equally impressed with the advice given, and Dave’s extremely considerate and professional after-sales support.
The entire service was second to none, and I’m eternally grateful.
