Windows & Glass Solutions

When buying new windows, you pay for security, thermal efficiency, and the peace of mind that comes with a written 10-year guarantee. Unfortunately, Windows & Glass Solutions Ltd does not stand behind their work when things go wrong.

During warm weather, the black sealant compound along the glass unit completely melted and oozed out of the edges, leaving the window unsealed with visible gaps. This ruined the insulation and weatherproofing. To make matters worse, a hinge mechanism failed, preventing the rear bedroom window from closing flush into the frame—leaving a bedroom window insecure.

Despite having a written 10-year guarantee, the owner, Robert Kulis, flatly refused to inspect or repair the installation under warranty. He claimed his wholesale suppliers only give him 5 years on glass and 2 years on hinges, and demanded extra money from me to fix their defective installation.

If you are looking for a reliable company that honors their guarantees and provides true peace of mind, look elsewhere
