They were all right for the sale and installation, however when we needed them after to put right a window that was installed crooked, they would never come back to us despite a number of promises. Finally one Saturday a fellow showed, just scratched his head, had no tools, said they would return on Monday. Still waiting.... We were going to get further windows from them for and enclosed front porch. Will look elsewhere now.
