M&D Properties have worked for me on our one-floor extension last year. Don’t get fooled like me. While Dror has always been available to visit and discuss in person whatever was required and I have overall enjoyed my relationship with him, the workmanship has been very poor and the prices are not fair.

They have had to come back at least three times to fix major leaks and things they didn’t get right the first time in the extension. They also had the courage to offend myself and my wife on an email exchange when all we were asking was for them to do what they were supposed to do, ie deliver us a finalised extension – yes including the lightbulbs!

I made the enormous mistake of offering them the opportunity to also fix my roof to entice them to come over and fix the remaining leaks in my extension. What a mistake! They quoted me over 4k for a repair that they said will take 3-5 days and they ended up finishing in a day. I unfortunately only later found out that that was a 2k job. And they call themselves a professional company…

Don’t be fooled like me! I’m stuck with them as I have a 10-year workmanship warranty and I can guarantee you I will have issues on their workmanship if the work on my extension are anything to go by. But you guys be smart and go elsewhere!
