Initially LEC, led by Ash, presented themselves as a professional organisation. However, it soon became clear they are anything but. We employed LEC to perform a full renovation of a house we purchased including adding a ground floor rear extension. The work performed was poor and we were left with leaking roofs which we had to pay a professional roofer to fix, poorly laid and unlevel floors throughout and no recourse through the signed JCT Homeowner contract after Ash liquidated the original LEC company half way through the contract.I would strongly advise anyone thinking of using LEC to think again.
