Charlie's Gates

I am writing to express my serious dissatisfaction with the service provided by Charlie’s Gates, real name Bekir Dalaman. The quality of the work completed was extremely poor and fell far below acceptable professional standards. Several issues were immediately apparent, and despite these being brought to Mr Charlie’s attention, he failed to return to rectify any of the problems.
Attempts to contact him were repeatedly ignored. He did not answer phone calls, respond to messages, or make any effort to address the concerns raised. His lack of communication and accountability left me with no alternative but to pursue the matter through the small claims court in order to recover the money I had paid. This legal process took almost two years to resolve, causing unnecessary stress and inconvenience.
Based on my experience, I would not recommend Charlie’s Gates for any work, his poor workmanship, refusal to correct faults, and complete disregard for customer communication demonstrate an unacceptable level of unprofessionalism.
