Alfix Decorators

Extremely poor and unprofessional service.
We hired Alfix Decorators (Lee) for decorating work and paid most of the cost upfront. The job was repeatedly delayed with various excuses, including health issues, and was never completed. At one point, paint was spilled on our carpet, and we received ongoing misinformation about when the work would be finished. Eventually, Lee said his business had closed due to illness and offered to refund part of the money in instalments. We agreed, but he failed to make the very first payment on the agreed date. This has been a long, frustrating, and disappointing experience.
