Our Floor Systems
Acrylicon Décor System
The Acrylicon Décor System is our most popular system it is a 4mm quartz filled, trowel applied floor coating with excellent slip resistance values, longevity and cleanability. Coved skirting can be produced and due to AcryliCon’s ability to chemically bond, it is truly seamless with the floor. The cure time is 1-2 hours, meaning any downtime is reduced to a minimum.
Designed for wet areas and heavy industry, for example, fish, meat and poultry
processing, bakeries, breweries, dairies, kitchens and other areas where hygiene and cleanability are paramount. The Décor system is also a perfect flooring solution for heavy engineering areas and pharmaceutical facilities.
Acrylicon Granito Flake System
The Acrylicon Flake System is also a very popular choice it is 2-3mm thick and
encapsulates decorative flakes within its chemically bonded monolithic structure. The system is designed for heavy traffic and moderate industrial use, combining unparalleled longevity with great aesthetics and is available in a multitude of colours. By using our exclusive blend of colour flakes, we are able to provide granite or marble style floors in a fraction of the time normally associated with traditional systems.
Designed for heavy foot traffic and medium industry, for example, supermarkets,
shopping centres, retail, hospitals, stadiums, schools, mass transit, bathrooms and other areas where aesthetics, durability and cleanability are paramount.
The colours shown on here are only a small sample of the wide range of colour options available. Different floor areas can have different colours and therefore colour coding for traffic areas is available to improve traffic ergonomics. AcryliCon Floor Systems have shown extreme resistance to ageing and discolouration due to UV attack.
