Timber unitised façade system
Deploying our low-carbon hybrid unitised façades (HUF)
The façade industry has a key role to play in reducing CO2 emissions, given that buildings currently account for 40% of all energy consumption and 36% of greenhouse gas emissions in the EU.

We are committed to playing our part. Our innovative Hybrid Unitised Façade (HUF) system exemplifies this commitment by replacing high-carbon materials with low-carbon alternatives like timber. This system can reduce embodied CO2 by up to 70% compared to a standard aluminum unitised façade. For every linear metre of framing required, 65kg of embodied CO2 is saved.

Unitised curtain wall
Staticus specialises in unitised façade systems (also known as unitised curtain walls) as they bring factory‑grade quality to complex buildings while speeding up the site programmes and reduces H&S risk.

Panels are manufactured and fully assembled off‑site in the factory, transported directly to the project site and installed on brackets pre‑fixed to floor slabs.

Design for Manufacturing (DfM)
The façade industry faces growing demands to deliver projects that are sustainable, efficient, and cost-effective. At Staticus, we address this with our Design for Manufacturing (DfM) system, which simplifies façade elements for easier production and assembly while still allowing for customised architectural design.

This system enables greater standardisation of façade components, significantly reducing waste, embodied carbon, and energy use during manufacturing. At the same time, it improves efficiency, lowers costs, and ensures faster delivery of complex, large-scale projects.

Closed Cavity Façade (CCF)
Bespoke Closed Cavity Façade (CCF) systems, delivered by Staticus is engineered to meet demanding performance requirements in thermal insulation, acoustic control, and long-term durability. It features a double-skin assembly with a sealed cavity that is supplied with subtle overpressure of dehumidified air . This prevents condensation and dust accumulation and allows integrated solar shading to operate reliably throughout the year with minimal maintenance.
