Industrial Insulation Services
Industrial thermal insulation is the core of what Fenix does. Around it sit the energy efficiency surveys that find the heat loss, the trace heating and acoustic insulation that goes on the same plant, and the specialist systems for corrosion, cryogenic and removable applications. Installed by our own teams and clad from our own metal shop.

Industrial Thermal Insulation
The core of every job - Pipework, vessels, boilers and plant held at temperature, hot or cold, so the heat you pay for does its job instead of leaking into the building. Specified to BS 5970 and EN 17956.

Pipework Insulation
Every metre, every fitting - Hot and cold pipework insulated and clad along its whole run, with the elbows, tees and valves finished rather than left short.

Vessel and Tank Insulation
Round work, done properly - Vessels, tanks and boiler shells insulated and clad in segmented sheet that follows the curve, with manways, nozzles and instruments left accessible.

Energy Efficiency Calculations and Surveys
Where the heat is escaping - A survey that shows where heat and money are getting out, with the fix attached to every problem we raise and a payback case built from your own energy data.

Trace Heating Installation
Process heat held, frost kept out - Electric heating that keeps pipework and instruments at process temperature and stops them freezing in winter. Designed, installed and tested for indoor and outdoor plant.

Acoustic Insulation
Noise stopped at the source - Engineered lagging for pipework and plant that brings site noise down to the level your people and your permit need.

Corrosion Under Insulation Prevention
The hidden enemy - The damage that hides under intact-looking cladding until a pipe leaks. We assess the risk, design the system that keeps water out, and inspect it to an ICorr-backed standard.

Foam Injection Insulation
Performance without a strip-out - Foam injected into existing systems to fill voids and awkward shapes, so you lift thermal performance without re-cladding the whole asset.

Cryogenic Insulation
Right first time, far below zero- LNG, liquid nitrogen and oxygen, and cold-chain process pipework, insulated with the controlled materials and method that work down to around minus 196 degrees demands.

Removable Insulation Jackets
Removable jackets for valves, flanges and instruments that need regular access, made in our own shop and tagged to a record holding the size, material and location, so years on we remake them from file.

Insulation Cladding
Cut to the asset, not the sheet - Our in-house metal shop forms the cladding that finishes and weatherproofs the job. Aluminium, stainless and galvanised, rolled to fit the asset.
