Curved walls
Whether your project has circular walls, curved walls, tanks, or arches the EFCO Heavy Duty and Handset Radius Formwork systems can accommodate every situation imaginable. Our systems are easy to use and customized to fit the needs of your project.

HAND-E-FORM® for Curved or Circular Walls
Round tanks and curved walls are an excellent application for EFCO’s HAND-E-FORM® system. Standard HAND-E-FORM panels used with HAND-E-FORM flexible panels will form the required radius. The size of the standard panel will vary according to the radius and amount of chord allowed.

REDI-RADIUS®

• Large panels reduce the number of form joints and deliver an excellent concrete finish
• Allows incorporation of EFCO’s all-steel trough soffit panels for round tank troughs
• Forms fixed or variable radius walls that adjust to any radius 18' (5.5 m) or greater
• 2-foot (600 mm) rib panels placed at the bottom will avoid rebar and water stops
• Integrated tie bearings and adjustment straps reduce the number of loose parts
• Integrated pour windows adjust to the radius of the form

Adjustable Formwork for Circular and Curved Walls
Circular and curved concrete walls, tanks and arches are easy to form with the EFCO REDI-RADIUS forming system. When multiple diameters are required for a project, EFCO’s REDI-RADIUS system can be adjusted to any radius with very little labor required. Shaping tables, either convex or concave, are used to adjust REDI-RADIUS panels.
